A CLUMSY PHOTOGRAPHER

This Year's Halloween Shoot

Things I have learned this season:  1)  spooky just might not be my niche anymore (middle school me is very disappointed) and 2)  I think I will stick to the lighter odd shots, not the darker creepy shots.
I planned this shoot for a hot minute as a challenge for myself and to embrace spooky season.  I learned how to paper mache and got my paints out to make 5 masks for 5 models, but the whole thing did not 100% turn out how I wanted.  For example, all the beginning images got tossed (it happens. . .).  The last bunch of images in a new location were better, but the editing hurt my head for a while after that.  Looking through the ones that were left, most of the final photos were just funny jokes for the models and I.  I would say that I completed my challenge, but not to what I originally expected.  The shoot took a turn and not for the worst.  It was still a lot of fun and we got to see people while social distancing or wearing masks.  What's better than that???
These are some of the images that we got out of our grand adventure
