This gorgeous couple has been dating for 2.5 years, and I love them.  Not only did we attend the same high school, but now they attend Clemson University (good choice)!  I've never shot in the snow and thank goodness that these two were up for a chilly adventure because now I want more snow to take pictures in!!!

Today I graduated from Clemson University with a BS in Biology in two and a half years.  I have had a surprisingly great time here at Clemson, and I am hoping to continue my education here in Plant and Environmental Sciences.  However, it is now time for a gap semester because apparently, I did not plan too well for after college if my first plan did not work.  So in the mean time, I am going to keep doing my photographer thing and find a job (hopefully) with some relation to plants or art (maybe both!).  Wish me luck!

I did not think that I would miss the hectic and loud stadium on game days, but it turns out, I really missed it.  Here's to another great season for the Clemson Tigers! 

As a Clemson University photographer, I get the opportunity to follow our school's president,  Dr. Clements.  He is such a genuine man and I can see why not only the students, but the entire town, love him.

This time, I photographed him meeting some of the new students at the Welcome Back Festival, and guess who I ran into?  My little brother, his roomie, and his friend!  I am so excited that Jon is here at Clemson studying business because I get to see him around and photograph him whenever I want!  

Did you know that Clemson has a creative research project that focuses on genetically diverse crops?  I have been working with Zack, who currently runs the Living Seed Ark and conducts these experiments.  He does all sorts of testings at the organic farm and I have been lucky enough to photograph the progress these last couple of months.  

 There are 120 different tomatoes, 116 selections of peanuts and 119 varieties of okra down at the organic farm being tested for growth.  The Living Seed Ark strives to connect with farmers and chefs in the area to promote diversity and great tasting products with the varieties that they grow.  The varieties are maintained in a USDA certified organic environment located at the Student Organic Farm in Clemson.  Sometimes during the summer, you can drive by and see hoards of sunflowers growing in the field next to the organic farm!

I have known Ben for two years through the Clemson University Dairy Science Club.  He is amazingly dedicated to animal vet sciences and continues to surprise with everything he can juggle.  Congrats on graduating Ben!   

I know I am late to the party by saying this, but Clemson won the Natty and there was a blood moon eclipse last Sunday.  To celebrate, my roommate and I went out to the campus once it had gotten dark to take some photos of the moon above some campus landmarks.  My good old roomie had the suggestion of using the tigers in front of the stadium.  I had no idea there were tigers out there, and they seemed like a forgotten item.  So, thanks to him, I have this image to share!  I am very proud of him for learning some settings and angles to help out with the shot!   

As much as I love the colors of USC, I am a Clemson fan.  And being on that field last night was exhilarating!  Here are a few of the crowd shots that I captured and was featured for on the Clemson University instagram story.  The university follows me now too, and I feel very important.  :)

Guess what?  My Clemson photography job has me shoot Clemson football games.  It sounds so cool, doesn't it?  Well, I got some good shots, but it is honestly not something that I would do more than once a year.  There are a lot of rules and people and they don't tell you the rules before you go.  It is very "learn on the job."  Don't get me wrong though, it was a great opportunity.  If you get the chance to do it, you should.  To prove this point, here are some of the shots that I got the other day!
